Mr. Alexandros Bovalis was born in Athens in 1979 and bought up in Cameroon were he graduated from the Dominique Savio High School. In 1999 he granted his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management by the Centre International de Glion, while in 2000 he obtained a Master’s Degree from the same faculty of the Institution. In 2004 he granted a Diploma in Master Studies in Shipping by the London Metropolitan University, in collaboration with the Business College of Athens (BCA). He is fluent in Greek, English, French and German.
His entrepreneurial career started with his adultness, when 50% of the family businesses’ passed to his own proprietorship. In Greece, he has been serving as Chairman & Managing Director of the "Santa Elena Village SA" since 2000, were he took over position from his father Constantinos Bovalis.
He is a member of the Hellenic Hotel’s Union and due to his remarkable strategic and management competency he is awarded with the International Award for Tourist, Hotel and Catering Industry (2007) by the Trade Leaders Club, Spain.

Mr. Constantinos Bovalis was born in Athens in 1936 and has a significant entrepreneurial path of over 45 years, establishing a numerous businesses in Greece as well as in Africa.
In 1989 he founded the "Santa Elena Village SA" and served as the Managing Director until 2000, were he handed over to his son, Alexandros Bovalis. Ever since he holds the position of the Vice President, where his valuable experience contributes to company’s growth.

Mrs. Maria Bovalis was born in Chania in 1953 and has remarkably supported her husband, Mr. Constantinos Bovalis, in his age-long substantive entrepreneurship; mainly responsible for administrative and human resources issues.
In 1989, along with her husband they built the “Santa Elena Village SA” and served as the Vice President until 2000. Ever since she is a member of the Board of Directors.
