- Promotion of an environment free from discrimination, harassment and work hard to ensure everyone receives equal treatment. All the decisions relating to employment practices are objective, free from bias and based solely upon work criteria and individual merit.

- No aerosols throughout the organization

- Properly adjusted timers for public area lights
